Monster Gym is one of Montreal’s premiere fitness centres and has serviced its members for 30 years!
A leader in the health community, our family-owned business has grown from a small, 8000-square-foot gym to over 70,000-square-feet and we’re still getting bigger. Its empty shell measured 8000 square feet, had no air conditioning, no cardio equipment, and no fitness studio or classes. While we’ve grown from our humble beginnings to become the largest gym on the West Island, we’re as committed as ever to giving our customers that family vibe they’ve come to expect from Monster.
Monster Gym remains one of the only fitness centres in Canada open 24/7. With state-of-the-art equipment and specialized training available for everyone from beginners to body-building experts, and rates that won’t ever increase, there’s no reason for you to put off getting fit.
