I agree to the following Monster Gym policies.
1. The present contract is not transferable to anyone at any time.

2. The client accepts full responsibility for the misuse of equipment and damage to Monster Gym Inc. property.

3. Monster Gym Inc. will not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to the client or to the client’s property in the gym or adjacent facilities.

4. The client promises to behave and follow the rules and regulations of the gym. Regulations are subject to change from time to time.

5. Monster Gym Inc. cannot be held responsible for articles lost or stolen on Monster Gym Inc. premises.

6. All members must use a towel to limit direct body contact with training equipment while training. Machines must be left sweat-free.

7. Dress-code standards must be adhered to at all times. No jeans, denimwear, or combat clothing.
